Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Ghana Student Center is an independent service that sells exam result-checker vouchers (BECE, WASSCE, Nov/Dec, and related categories) and provides a free, self-service aggregate and placement estimation tool. We are not WAEC, the Ghana Education Service, CSSPS, or any tertiary institution, and we do not act on their behalf.

2. Buying a voucher

When you pay for a voucher, we assign you a genuine, unused serial number and PIN from our stock. Payment is processed by Hubtel; we do not store your card or Mobile Money credentials. If a voucher type is out of stock, you will not be charged. If stock runs out between checkout and payment confirmation, we will source your voucher and notify you — this is rare but can happen during high-demand periods.

3. The Aggregate & Placement Advisor

The advisor is a planning tool, not an official system. For BECE results, Ghana's CSSPS placement process does not use fixed, published cutoffs — any category guidance we show is a likelihood estimate based on historical patterns, not a placement guarantee. For WASSCE results, cutoff points shown are entered by us from institutions' published figures and may change each admission cycle; always confirm current requirements directly with the institution before making decisions.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Guest checkout is available if you'd rather not create an account. You must provide accurate contact details (phone and email) so we can deliver your voucher.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to scrape, resell at scale, or abuse our checkout, rate limits, or the advisor. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
